Renal fractional flow reserve(FFR), Ratio of distal renal artery pressure to aortic pressure(Pd/Pa), Ratio renal frame count(RFC), renal scintigraphy, duplex ultrasound와 같은 방법들이 있다.

(Nasal cavity¶nasal sinus)

(Congenital jejunal atresia)
- Severe hypovolemia due to hemorrhage: corrected with packed red blood cells
- Mild to moderate hemorrhage or plasma loss (e.g., burns, pancreatitis): isotonic saline
- Urinary and gastrointestinal fluids loss: hypotonic solutions (e.g., 0.45% saline)
- Isotonic saline may be more appropriate in severe prerenal ARF cases.
: Fluid replaceme
Occlusive aortic disease caused by atherosclerosis
: usually confined to the distal abdominal aorta below the renalarteries
The severity of the symptoms depends on the adequacy of collaterals
With sufficient collateral blood flow
: a complete occlusion of the abdominal aorta may occur without the development of ischemic symptoms.
Acute occlusion in the distal abdomi
60%.
발병장소:thoracic and abdominal aorta.
-Occlusive aortic disease
distal abdominal aorta below the renalarteries에 발생하는 atherosclerosis .
(persistent hypertension on the maximum doses antihypertensive agents), involvement of the renalarteries in the aortic dissection plane should be considered.
There is a 17~25% incidence of new aneurysm formation. (due to dilatation of the residual false lumen).
These new aneurysms are more likely to rupture, due to their thinner walls.
Imaging of the aorta is suggested (MRI)
